This charming, detached 55 m² bungalow awaits you in Bedero, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a peaceful setting.
It features a bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-designed living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
For your comfort, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, and a washing machine are provided. The highlight is the large private terrace (30 m²) with an awning and wonderful lake view—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxing moments.
The spacious awning offers pleasant shade, and an extra fabric can be attached for low sun. In the private garden, with another shaded lounger, you can unwind and escape everyday stress. A lockable garage is available for your car or motorcycle.
On request, you can charge your electric car during the day at the 230V socket in the garage; this service is available on request for an extra fee. You can also use two e-bikes; this service is available on request for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed.
Events are not permitted on the property. The air conditioning dehumidifies, ventilates, and lets you set your preferred temperature for maximum comfort.
It can also heat if needed.
Together with infrared ceiling heaters in each room, you’ll stay warm even in cooler seasons. Bed linen and towels are included.
Alternatively, you may bring your own and receive a refund. Note: Lago Maggiore is about 5 minutes away by car. Walking to the lake takes about 45 minutes downhill; the return is steep (200 meters elevation), especially with heavy bags.

Herrliches Panorama sowohl von der Terrasse als auch aus dem Wohn-/Esszimmer heraus auf den See und die Berge - die Bilder entsprechen tatsächlich der Realität. Sehr ruhige Lage, kein Verkehr. Gut ausgestattete Küche, viel Stauraum in Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer. Guter Kontakt zu Vermieter, hat auf Fragen zeitnah geantwortet, danke.
