This stylish 38 m² apartment is an excellent choice for a family with children or a group of friends. It is designed to accommodate up to four people. The layout includes two bedrooms, one of which also serves as a living room, as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The interiors are decorated in a modern, cohesive style, with attention to detail and everyday comfort. The bright, fully equipped kitchen allows for convenient meal preparation and features an oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, and drip coffee maker. The open layout promotes comfort, while the stylish finishes lend a cozy atmosphere. The first bedroom, combined with a lounge area, is a spacious, multifunctional room ideal for relaxation or spending time together. It features a fold-out sofa that comfortably sleeps two, a Smart TV with cable channels, a dining table, and access to a balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The second bedroom offers comfortable sleeping conditions and ample storage space. It is furnished with a cozy double bed, ideal for restful nights.
