Located in Lanvellec, in the Côtes-d'Armor, Gîte Ty Coz offers you a charming 50 m² holiday home designed in traditional Breton style with rustic furniture.
You have a bedroom with a double bed, a baby bed, and a 90 cm folding bed. The fully equipped private kitchen includes a pyrolysis oven, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
Your stay includes Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, and a washing machine located in the laundry room. Enjoy your private 180 m² courtyard surrounded by hedges, with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
The property extends over a 4000 m² wooded plot shared with another holiday home, without being overlooked and facing south.
Green spaces separate each accommodation, and access is via a shared gate. A shared parking space is available on site.
You may bring up to two pets.
Parties and events are not allowed. The village, 2 km away, offers remarkable heritage with its chapels and the Château de Rosanbo with gardens designed by Lenôtre. All year round, the region hosts musical events, including an early music festival and a village fête every two years.
Beaches are 8 km away, hiking trails are nearby, golf is 24 km away, and the swimming pool is 18 km away.
Lannion is 15 km away and Plestin-les-Grèves 8 km away. Electricity is included from June to September.
The rest of the year, a daily allowance of 10 kWh is included, with a supplement in case of excess (available for an extra fee).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu. L’accueil de l’hôte est souple, réactif et chaleureux. Le seul bémol est qu’il n’y a pas de salon en tant que tel mais une trop grande salle à manger pour un gite n’accueillant que deux personnes. Nous aurions aimé personnellement avoir un canapé où se poser et lire en cas de mauvais temps.
