This cozy 43 m² apartment in Regen, Bavaria, accommodates up to 4 guests and offers stunning views of the Bavarian Forest.
The living room features a comfortable bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 additional guests.
The well-equipped kitchen includes modern appliances: fridge with freezer, two hotplates, and a small oven.
A starter supply of salt, pepper, oil, coffee, and tea is provided.
The dining area has a table with two benches, seating up to 4 people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine with detergent, and self check-in. The bathroom is fitted with a rain shower, towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
For storage, there’s a clothes rack with hangers and shelves, plus a large wardrobe in the hallway. Enjoy the spacious balcony with comfortable seating—perfect for relaxing while taking in views of meadows, horse paddocks, forest, and the peaceful surroundings.
The very quiet location ensures relaxation away from city noise. Parking is available on the street.
Events and parties are not permitted, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is not barrier-free. Arrival is best by car, as the area is not accessible by public transport.
Supermarkets are 3 km away, and the historic Weißenstein castle ruins with beautiful views are within walking distance.
The area offers hiking, cycling, swimming, and ice skating.

Freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.Werde den Blick vom Balkon und die Ruhe vermissen.
Schlechte Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Küchenausstattung hätte besser sein können.

Das Appartement war sauber und genauso, wie es inseriert war. Die Kommunikation war einwandtfrei und freundlich, es fehlte an nichts. Unsere Mädels waren froh mit dem Pferdehof vor der Tür. Der Ausblick vom großzügigen Balkon war wunderschön.
Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht viel Platz benötigt. Es ist alles da, was gebraucht wird und für die Kids gab es sogar eine kleine Überraschung.
Ruhig mit schönem Ausblick….wenn da der Nachbar nicht wäre

Wir waren zu dritt, 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind. Für 2 Übernachtungen völlig ausreichend!
Nett eingerichtet, alles was man braucht.
Ein Pferdehof direkt vorm Balkon war das Highlight für unsere Tochter!
Geräumiges Bad!
Der Nachbar oben drüber räumt gerne spät nachts seine Wohnung um, genauso auch dann schon wieder gegen 4 Uhr früh!!!!!
Da wir zu Hause bereits mit so einem Exemplar gestraft sind, erhofften wir uns mal 2 ruhige Nächte….das war uns leider nicht vergönnt!
Leider ist das ( für UNS ) der Hauptgrund ...
