Located in the historic center of Fratta, among the Prosecco hills, this 160 m² apartment accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (one without a shower). The recently renovated, two-story property features a fully equipped private kitchen.
You will find air conditioning, video call-friendly Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace.
For families, a cot, high chair, children’s games, and books are available.
The lovingly furnished family home offers views of the mountains, Revine lakes, and the Treviso Prealps. Outside, enjoy private terraces—both covered and open—as well as a private balcony overlooking the lakes.
The spacious terraces have a relaxation area where you can admire the landscape.
Access is via a shared courtyard. Street parking is available and shared.
There is storage for canoes and bikes, with 2 bicycles provided for guests.
Events are not allowed and the fireplace is not usable. The property is just a few hundred meters from the lake shore, along cycling and walking paths that follow the lake or wind through the Prosecco hills.
The Via dell’Acqua, a pleasant route at the foot of the Treviso Prealps, is within easy reach.
Venice, Cortina, Venetian villas, Alpago basin, San Boldo Pass, and the Dolomites of Feltre are about an hour’s drive away, while the Cistercian Abbey of Santa Maria di Follina is 10 minutes by car. Paragliding is available nearby.

La climatisation du rez de chaussée est un petit souci, mais avec la fermeture des volets la température y est acceptable
