This old house in Bad Goisern has been fully renovated and equipped to a high standard.
If you would like to spend your holiday in traditional surroundings, live like the locals and spend time relaxing in the countryside, you have come to the right place.
We have spent time lovingly and carefully renovating Ferienhaus Ramsau 8 in Bad Goisern.
This lovely old building is 350 years old, and is the perfect get-away from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
With a total area of 60 m² and with all modern conveniences, the house is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child.
The accommodation comprises: 30 m² living room with sleeping area, kitchen in the former smokery, recently re-fitted bathroom with WC and shower, covered balcony, 2000 m² garden and meadow land, and all of this is private to you.
The well-equipped kitchen has electric hobs/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresso- coffee machine and crockery.
The living area/bedroom has a double bed, armchair that serves as a pull-out bed for a child, travel cot for an additional small child, table with corner sitting area.
There is also a Sat-TV, wireless Internet (300 Mbit/s fibreglass Internet Access), bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, hallway with access to the upper floor of the building and the earth cellar.
The upper floor is useful as a storage area.
Central heating.
The covered terrace has a table, bench, chairs and deck-chairs.
