Located in Pantón, Ribeira Sacra, this 120 m² villa welcomes up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and workspace.
The house has heating throughout and large windows with mosquito screens, offering mountain views and fresh air. Self check-in ensures convenience. Outside, you’ll find a private garden of over 2,000 m² with fruit trees and vineyards.
The private outdoor pool (3.20 x 7.90 m, max depth 1.90 m) is available from May to October and comes with loungers and mats.
Relax on the private covered terrace or balcony, or use the open terrace with a picnic table. Parking includes 1 shared garage spot for 2 cars, 2 additional spots in the estate’s yard, and street parking.
One pet is allowed.
Events are not permitted.
Showering is required before entering the pool if using sunscreen.
When using the automatic gate, let it complete its cycle.
Keep doors and windows closed when heating or air conditioning is on. A lady lives on the property, but not in the reserved villa.
Tennis courts are a 15-minute walk away.
Spa and golf course are 10 minutes on foot, and the center of Ferreira de Pantón is also nearby.
