The apartment is located about 80 meters from the pool.
It consists of a living room with a single bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with shower.
Guests have access to a large, furnished covered veranda with sea views. Location information: - within the Nisportino Domus Residence; shared swimming pool Furniture type: - good Internal amenities: - induction hob; Smart TV; refrigerator; hairdryer; Wi-Fi External amenities: - Residence swimming pool; furnished veranda with sea view; uncovered parking space Important Notes: - check-in from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and check-out by 9:00 AM; A €50.00 surcharge applies for check-in after 8:00 PM. - Only small/medium-sized pets are allowed, with a €30.00 cleaning fee. - Mandatory security deposit: €150.00; refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 PM). - Bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (request at time of booking); cannot be booked on site. - Groups of Young People under 21 are not permitted (family welcome). Please note: - The swimming pool will be available from approximately June 30th to approximately September 15th. We do not recommend this area for guests without a car; it is not served by public transportation.
