Located in Cagliari, near Poetto Beach, this welcoming 80 m² holiday home can accommodate up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a living room.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, and the living room features a double sofa bed. Your private kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer, providing everything you need for cooking.
Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a 75" smart TV in the living room, a 50" smart TV in the master bedroom, washing machine, lift, dedicated workspace and a baby cot available. The apartment has two private balconies: the main one, accessible from the living room, and a second balcony used as a laundry area with a drying rack, ironing board and iron.
Poetto Beach and the Marina Piccola tourist port are only 650 metres away and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Street parking is available.
Pets are allowed.
There is a shared charging station for electric cars.
Events are not allowed on the property.
A tennis court is just a few steps away. Numerous services are nearby: supermarket and deli at 70 m, butcher and pharmacy at 220 m, ATM at 300 m. Public transport easily connects you to the centre and the beach, with a bus stop at 50 m.
