Located in Pléneuf-Val-André, this 35 m² chalet accommodates up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms featuring a double bed and 2 single beds, as well as a bathroom.
You have a fully equipped private kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave grill, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and tableware for 4 people.
The chalet includes a private TV, step-free access, and an outdoor shower.
A high chair is available for children. Enjoy your uncovered private terrace with barbecue, table with parasol, and 2 deckchairs overlooking a private garden of about 100 m². You have access to a shared heated indoor pool with children's area, open from May to September according to schedule.
Other shared facilities include table tennis, a tennis court, and a playground within the residential park. Parking is available on site.
Events are not permitted. This peaceful retreat is set in a 3-hectare residential park with 28 chalets around a pond, just 5 minutes by car from the sandy beaches of Pléneuf-Val-André. The property is close to a seaside golf course.
This popular seaside resort offers a marine spa, a casino, and many coves and beaches.
The park includes a games room, a laundry (service available for an extra fee), and an on-site caretaker.

Petit chalet agréable, bien décoré, bien équipé, bonne literie, pas de vis à vis, au calme , stationnement sécurisé à proximité, belle piscine et jeux pour enfants, à 2kms de la plage et de Pleneuf. Ravis de notre séjour et de nôtre hôte.

Le chalet de Madame Le Goff est mon havre de paix en Bretagne. Particulièrement bien situé, il surplombe le parc où l’on croise les chèvres et les canards, a un grand jardin et une entrée particulière.
