This century-old family house sits on a private estate by the Ebro River.
Built with stone and brick and featuring wooden beam ceilings, it has been renovated to provide modern comforts while preserving its original charm. Enjoy a private entrance, garden, pétanque court, picnic area, swimming pool, two porches (one with a ping-pong table), and a spacious terrace overlooking the river and grounds.
The house is next to the riverside promenade, perfect for sports and walks. Located in the heart of the Ebro Delta, in Deltebre, you’re close to main tourist attractions and only 15 minutes from the beaches. There are three double bedrooms: one suite with a private bathroom and two sharing a bathroom.
Sheets and towels are provided. The living room offers sofas, TV, Wi-Fi, board games, and books.
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, and more.
The dining room has an extendable table and access to the terrace, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for al fresco meals. Air conditioning and heating are available for an extra fee, payable directly at the machine inside the house. The location is ideal for those seeking peace, nature, and proximity to shops and restaurants serving local cuisine like rice and seafood. You can enjoy hiking, fishing, canoeing, diving, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, and boat trips.
