Cocoonr offers you this charming 84 m² house for rent in Gujan-Mestras, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a 405 m² garden.
The lilac house is composed as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can't be separated
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior :
- A beautiful 405 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
We love: its style, its spirit, the layout of the rooms and the spaciousness of the functional kitchen! Its standing, with the owners having chosen top-quality materials for your comfort.
La maison des lilas is managed by Cocoonr Arcachon. Free wifi access is available. You'll be welcomed on site by our team, who will hand you the keys and tell you all about what there is to see and do in our beautiful region! 4* hotel-quality bed linen and towels are provided, as well as bath mats and tea towels. Your beds will be made for your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we supply a few coffee capsules, various types of tea, sugar, washing machine and dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil, toilet paper and shower gel.

- Arcachon Zoo, route de Cazaux, for a relaxing day out.
- Aqualand in Gujan (10-minute walk)
- Typical market in La Teste on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, the Halles, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, Pyrenean cheese, confits, foie gras, shoes, clothes, etc., guaranteed atmosphere, with a glass of white wine or coffee at the end.
- The famous Halles d'Arcachon
- Dune du Pyla 9 km - Andernos-les-Bains 40 km (53 minutes by car)
- Bordeaux 66 km (50 minutes by car)

It's hard to choose from the multitude of activities on offer in the Bay of Arcachon! Take advantage of all its attractions, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, its park and its belvedere with a breathtaking view over the Bassin! The little train opposite the Arcachon tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview of the town! At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports - the port of Gujan is waiting for you - or at the market in La Teste or Arcachon (bring a container if you'd like to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla! If you feel like taking to the open sea, there are regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty in Arcachon to Cap Ferret (it's best to book online), Ile aux oiseaux and the famous cabanes tchanquées! The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! A trip down the Leyre to the Le Teich ornithological park, where you can choose to be accompanied by a guide or paddle your own kayak!

- La Hume train station 15 minutes' walk away, hourly trains to Bordeaux, 40-minute journey.
- Arcachon train station 6 km away
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way.
You can visit Le Moulleau (beautiful church and view over the basin, restaurants, ice-cream parlors, etc.) or take the Dune Express bus directly there.
- Bordeaux airport 65 km away (52 min by car)
