Located in Montagne, in the heart of the Libournais vineyards, this 150 m² holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
There are 3 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and one with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers.
The property offers 2 modern bathrooms—one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub—as well as 2 separate toilets, including one with a macerator.
The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and step-free access throughout the house. Enjoy the private terrace under a pergola with vineyard views and outdoor furniture.
The private outdoor pool, located behind the house, is open in season from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with maintenance carried out outside these hours for your peace. Parking is available on-site and on the street.
An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra charge.
Toys and books for children are also provided.
Events are not permitted on the property. You are just 3 minutes from the UNESCO-listed village of Saint-Émilion, perfect for wine tasting and cultural visits.
Tennis courts are 5 minutes away, and the local golf club is a 15-minute drive.
The historical show "La Bataille de Castillon" is 20 minutes away. The property must be left clean; otherwise, a fee may apply. - Dinner Payment 30,00 € per person per night - Lunch Payment 20,00 € per person per night
