Situated on the second floor without lift, it has no private parking but you can use the large free car park about 100 metres from the house.
In the neighbourhood there are various beachfront bars and restaurants and small shops.
There is also a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance.
The Prino district is located at the exit of the Imperia Ovest motorway.
Following the seaside promenade, you can reach the marina of Porto Maurizio and the bicycle path that connects Imperia to Sanremo- Ospedaletti passes under the house.
Possibility of renting bicycles a few steps away. Spacious and bright recently renovated accommodation with one double bedroom and one with two single beds.
A large living room and separate kitchen overlook the sea and the promenade below .
The accommodation has two big bathrooms with shower .
Guests have free WiFi, air conditioning and a balcony facing the sea.
