Outside, you can enjoy a 1,100 m² landscaped garden with a secure pool, terraces, balcony, barbecue, garage, and storage space.
The house is very bright thanks to its southwest double exposure and is designed for comfortable living both indoors and outdoors.
The beach is only a 3-minute walk away, as are restaurants, bars, shops, and public transport.
Surf and paddle board rentals are available nearby, close to La Gravière beach and Hossegor lake (5 minutes on foot).
The Capbreton fish market is 15 minutes away by bike, and Hossegor town center is 5 minutes away.
