We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest tram stop, Marxalenes, is just a 3-minute walk. Valencia Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property. Self check-in with smart lock.
You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and key appliances such as a coffee maker, stove, kettle, and microwave. For your convenience, the property includes a washing machine and ironing equipment if needed. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two comfortable single beds, ensuring a restful stay for all guests.
All beds come with hotel-quality linens. The bathroom is fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Lovely flat, comfortable beds, excellent shower. Good location, quiet and peaceful. A variety of shops nearby and transport links to everywhere. I would have liked a kitchenette with the basics, but the bathroom was very well-equipped. Highly recommended.
