We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop is just a 1-minute walk. The main metro station, Xàtiva (lines 3, 5 and 9), is a 10-minute walk.
You can take lines 3 or 5 directly to and from the airport.
If you choose to rent a bike, a few bike rental shops are within walking distance. Valencia Airport is approximately a 15-minute drive from the property. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags.
If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival.

Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options for your favourite shows, a desk, and a table for two. Additionally, a private balcony bathes the entire space in natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The apartment is a loft with an additional mezzanine bedroom featuring a double bed. Below the main bedroom is a smaller guest bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Although the apartment is well-ventilated with windows on all sides, it is also equipped with AC for the hotter summer months. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. The apartment is in Russafa, a trendy neighbourhood with several restaurants, bars and coffee shops all within walking distance. You'll be just around the corner from the Mercat de Rusafa, a historic local neighbourhood marketplace perfect for food shopping, and just a few minutes walk from many other supermarkets and smaller produce/grocery shops. The city centre is also about 10 minutes walking distance.
While the neighbourhood is lively, the apartment is on a relatively quiet street, so the serenity of the apartment isn't disturbed.

Pleasant flat, well located. As stated in the advert, the stairs are steep. The hotel is very responsive and accommodating, I recommend it. A vacuum cleaner is needed to be able to clean properly during a long stay.

Overall the property is great. Epic location, looks like the photos. The difficulty, the host could up their game: missing soap, missing light bulbs, dirty floors, all stuff that could be fixed. Also on the way in we were required to meet the host to get in, but the host clearly did not want to assi...

Great location. The apartment is right in the heart of an awesome neighborhood with so many good restaurants and things to do. We were grateful to have AC during the heat of the summer and it worked well, but the loft bed area stays a little warm at night. Also the stairs leading up to the loft took...
