Welcome to your spacious accommodation in a renovated traditional barn in the southwest of France.
Nestled in the heart of the countryside on an equestrian farm in the picturesque Fronsac wine region, your house offers the perfect blend of rural charm, modern comfort, and absolute tranquility. Property Description Upon arrival, you will enjoy your private terrace, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing evenings. On the ground floor: - Fully equipped modern kitchen - Large antique dining table - Comfortable TV lounge - Separate toilets Upstairs, there are two spacious family bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (shower and WC): - Isandra Room: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine (skylight) - Ustang Room: two single beds (90x200) and one double bed (140x190) on the mezzanine (skylight) - An extra single bed is available on request and a baby cot is provided free of charge - Bed linen included Comfort and Amenities - Private pool open from early June to late September (weather permitting) - Free on-site parking - Wi-Fi - Private entrance Environment and Activities Perfectly located for exploring the region: Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, and Blaye (UNESCO World Heritage sites) are just 30 km away.

The owners are organic winemakers in the Fronsac appellation; wine tastings and property visits are available nearby (about 5 km). The beaches of the Atlantic coast, Arcachon Bay, Royan, the Médoc coast, and the Côte Sauvage are easily accessible for a day trip.
