Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest tram station, Tauzia (lines C and D), is right next to the building. The train station St Jean is a 4-minute walk from the apartment. Bordeaux Airport is about a 25-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
