Welcome to the 5-star holiday home “Timeout” in Friedrichskoog—a stylishly renovated house with two separate apartments: “Kleine Auszeit” upstairs and “Freiraum” on the ground floor.
The house sits peacefully by a small canal, typical of the North Sea coast.
Its proximity to the dike and fresh sea air make it the ideal retreat for those seeking relaxation—whether you’re traveling as a couple, with family, or with friends.
The optimal occupancy is 8 guests.
Both apartments are tastefully and comfortably furnished: modern kitchens, bright living areas, thoughtfully designed details, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy beds ensure a relaxing stay.
Outside, a newly designed terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the open air or quiet moments in the garden.
In the spacious ground-floor apartment “Freiraum,” a foosball table and dartboard offer fun for all ages. You can book the apartments individually or together as an entire house—perfect for groups who value both togetherness and privacy.
Dogs (up to 2) are warmly welcome. This accommodation is not suitable for workers. Parties, celebrations, or youth groups are not allowed—peace, respect, and relaxation are valued here.

Eine Super Unterkunft sehr gut Ausgestattet,Gepflegt,Vermieter sehr Nett,Hilfsbereit(alle Unterlagen wurden im Vorfeld erledigt). Alles in Allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub in der kleinen Auszeit. Wir können die Unterkunft beruhigt weiterempfehlen.

Uns hat alles gefallen, von kleinen Gesten bis hin zur Flexibilität der Gastgeber. Es wurde an alles gedacht.
