La tranquillité du lieu, le grand parc arboré avec accès au bord de la rivière. La petite terrasse de l'appartement face au parc.
Un petit problème au niveau des poignets de porte, difficile à ouvrir et fermer. Le flexible et le pommeau de douche qui mériteraient d'être changés.
