Located in KEFALONIA, the Country House Avra has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 79 m² property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds for one person each, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor garden, terrace, and an outdoor shower for guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The property features a large outdoor area shaded by pine trees, perfect for endless hours of relaxation.
Enjoy the swing tied to the branches of one of the trees for a peaceful retreat. Just 2.5 km away is Xi Beach, famous for its unique red sand and clay.
Other nearby attractions include the beautiful beaches of Ag. Nikolaos and Petani, as well as the stunning, steep monastery perched on the rock in Kipouria. 10 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets and celebrating events are not allowed.

Duża przestrzeń - i podwórko, i sam dom; dobra lokalizacja - do wielu plaż po kilka minut autem, świetna restauracja w odległości spaceru. Spory, stary dom na wsi; dobrze posprzątany, z mnóstwem zapewnionych rzeczy (wyposażenie kuchenne; nawet owoce i woda w lodówce; minitrampolina, hamak i huśtawka...
Dość miękkie materace (co kto lubi), podwójne łóżko nie bardzo szerokie; w takim starszym, dużym domu nie da się całkowicie ustrzec insektów (choć środki owadobójcze gospodarz próbuje zapewnić). Cykady i basen sąsiadów nie dają ciszy;-).
Ale ogólnie byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni!:-)
