Welcome to Wesenberg, a picturesque town in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, close to Germany’s largest inland lake, the Müritz, and its namesake national park.
Your holiday home is halfway between the medieval castle and the city harbor on the banks of the Woblitz, just 50 m from the lake, with a garden offering lake views.
The historic market square with shops is about 500 m away.
Two supermarkets are around 2 km away.
A 10-minute walk takes you to a fishery with a rustic snack bar and café. A bakery is 500 m away, and there’s a cozy beer garden below the castle.
Several restaurants are nearby. Lake Woblitz is ideal for dinghy sailors—one of the most beautiful areas in the lake district.
Rechlin on Lake Müritz is a 30-minute drive.
Lake Weiser is about 2 km away and offers a lifeguarded swimming area and a section for non-swimmers. The apartment features a living room, bedroom, kitchen (stove with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave), and bathroom. A covered terrace invites you to relax.
Smoking is allowed only outside.
Use of the washing machine is possible for longer stays by arrangement. A local visitor’s tax is charged on site from 01.04. to 31.10. Please observe the house rules on site.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, gaben gute Tipps zu den örtlichen Gegebenheiten und haben sich sehr fürsorglich um Unterstellmöglichkeiten für unser Motorrad gekümmert.
Von außen etwas unscheinbar, aber das Innere sehr gut ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet.
Toilettenpapier selbst mitbringen kenne ich nicht

Ich kenne es gar nicht das man Toilettenpapier selbst mitbringen muss,
Sollte unbedingt in der Anzeige mit aufgenommen werden

Die überdachte Terasse war unser "Wohnzimmer im Freien" während des gesammten Aufenthaltes - ein echtes Plus .
Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wlan hat heutzutage jeder übers Handy - also gar kein Problem, das vor Ort kein WLAN vorhanden ist.
Persönlich würde ich es vorziehen, wenn man die Badezimmertür absperren könnte, das war für mich aber nur eine kleine Irritation.
