The entire apartment is carpet-free, ensuring smooth and easy movement for wheelchair users—a thoughtful detail for true accessibility.
The private, fully equipped kitchen includes lowered countertops, an accessible sink and stove, and modern appliances suitable for wheelchair users.
Amenities include Wi-Fi for video calls, a TV in the bedroom closet for comfortable viewing from bed, as well as a high chair and baby crib on request.
The bathroom features an accessible sink, grab bars, and a walk-in shower for comfort and safety. Enjoy your private, covered terrace, accessible directly from the living room by wheelchair, offering lovely views of the Leutesdorf vineyards.
A private garden also invites you to relax outdoors. Parking is available both on the street and on the property.
Due to construction, the path from parking to the entrance may be challenging, but you can be dropped off right at the entrance while your companion parks the car. Please note that the outdoor area is still being completed—thank you for your understanding.

Wohnung ist neu und alle Räume befahrbar.
Gastgeber ist fürsorglich und immer erreichbar.
Kommen gerne wieder.
Leider ist die Zufahrt und der Parkplatz noch in Bau.
