With stunning views of the Mediterranean, Villa Torre Sant Genís in Llançà delights guests with its fantastic panoramas.
Recently fully renovated, the property now offers a much higher level of comfort and elegance throughout: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, saltwater pool, and décor. For year-round comfort, air conditioning has been installed in the living room and bedrooms. This two-story property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an extra toilet, accommodating up to ten guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine.
A cot is also available.
Enjoy private outdoor spaces with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, chill-out area, and barbecue.
For entertainment, there is a ping pong table, pétanque set, and basketball hoop with dartboard. The property is located near the beach (200 meters away). There is one parking space on the property and three more in the garage.
One pet is allowed.
Events are not permitted.
Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed on the premises.
There is a parking area for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as energy-saving lighting.
The property offers a convenient self check-in system. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
