Moderne und funktionale Ausstattung, inklusive Badewanne, Waschmaschine und gut ausgestatteter Küche.
Lage praktisch zu Autobahn (A46) und Bushaltestelle (Richtung Wuppertal Hbf / Elberfeld). Schöner Ausblick auf die Friedhofskirche und Hügel im Norden.
Freundliche Gastgeber, die schnell antworten.
Schwierige Parksituation. Lage im 3. OG ohne Aufzug kann für Gäste mit viel Gepäck nachteilhaft sein. Hellhörig in Richtung Straße, Treppenhaus und Nachbarwohnung.
Vorhänge dunkeln die Wohnung nur begrenzt ab - könnte im Frühling/Sommer für Gäste, die gerne im Dunkeln schlafen, morgens recht hell sein.
