Tennis View Apartment is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a small kidney-shaped swimming pool.
Located in Vale do Lobo and next to the Tennis Academy. Spacious living and dining rooms.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, electric hob and oven with grill, extractor, juicer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The living/dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for six people, comfortable sofas, a TV with several channels, including English.
The living room doors open onto the terrace overlooking the tennis academy and swimming pool. Bedroom ONE consists of two single beds, integrated closets and air conditioning.
The adjoining bathroom serves this room and consists of a shower and bath and a heated towel rail. Bedroom TWO is located a few steps down from the living room.
It has a double bed with integrated closets and air conditioning.
The en suite bathroom has a shower.
The window opens onto the terrace overlooking the tennis court. The outdoor space consists of two uneven terraces with a gate separating them, which makes this property safe for children.
The upper terrace, opposite the living room, has a table and four chairs, ideal for al fresco meals.
