La Petite Maison is a charming 70 m² family cottage in Sologne style, with exposed stone and beams, fully restored and welcoming guests since April 2023. Located in a quiet spot just 6 km from Château de Chambord, in the hamlet of Huisseau sur Cosson, this holiday home is perfect for relaxing stays with family or friends and for exploring the Centre Val de Loire.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a lounge corner, and a large 17 m² bedroom (160 x 190 cm double bed) with en-suite bathroom and WC. Please note: the bathroom and WC, as shown in the photos, are directly adjoining the main bedroom on the ground floor.
There are no bathrooms upstairs—this is part of the unique charm of the restored former stable.
The house also features a pellet stove.
Upstairs, there is a second bedroom (140 x 190 cm double bed) and a children’s area with a single bed and a baby cot. The maximum capacity is 4 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace for remote work, a TV, and a washing machine.
There is no air conditioning. The holiday home is ideally located between the villages of Vineuil, Mont-près-Chambord, and Huisseau sur Cosson, where you’ll find all necessary shops.
It’s on the Loire à Vélo cycling route, 35 minutes from Zoo Parc de Beauval.
Château de Cheverny is 10 minutes away by car, as are the shopping area and historic center of Blois with its restaurants. A private parking space is available on the property.
A secure storage area for motorcycles and bicycles is also provided.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.

Le gite est situé au calme dans un petit village à 2 pas de Chambord.
très bien situé pour visiter le zoo de Beauval ainsi que les châteaux aux alentours.
Le gite a tout le confort nécessaire.
Les propriétaires sont au petit soin et joignables très rapidement
