Outside, a pool (available from June through the end of September), garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower are available for guests to use. The house is located in the private village of Selva, where guests enjoy exclusive access to a private beach.
The property is ideally situated for exploring the region, with Alghero just 46 km away and Alghero Fertilia Airport 40 km away.
Other nearby destinations include Castelsardo (20 km), Porto Torres (10 km), Sassari (12 km), and the stunning La Pelosa Beach in Stintino, located 44 km from the villa. Please note that quiet hours begin at 11:00 pm. The host personally takes care of the pool cleaning every day to ensure guests have the best possible experience. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.
