Located in northern Périgord Blanc, this charming 17th-century stone guesthouse, fully renovated, welcomes up to 6 guests in a peaceful, green setting. With 115 m² of living space, this characterful house with thick stone walls stays naturally cool in summer and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a comfortable living room with a fireplace—perfect for relaxing evenings—as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Upstairs, there’s a master bedroom with a large double bed, a second bedroom for up to 4 guests (2 single beds and a bunk bed), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The house is heated and cooled by a reversible air conditioning system, ensuring comfort all year round.
Outside, enjoy a south-facing enclosed garden with outdoor furniture—ideal for al fresco meals, reading, or napping in the shade. During summer months, a shared pool is available (open from early May to late September, weather permitting)—perfect for cooling off after a day of exploring. Located in the charming village of Mayac, surrounded by nature, heritage, and gastronomy, this house is the perfect starting point for discovering Dordogne. A wonderful place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the gentle lifestyle of southwestern France.
