Welcome to this spacious 80 sqm apartment, recently renovated and renewed, ideal for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and proximity to the sea. Located on the second floor of a building surrounded by greenery in a relaxing setting, you are still only a 10-15 minute walk from the beaches of Sestri Levante.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a second room that can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds, according to your needs.
The living area is bright and spacious, with a comfortable sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV, and direct access to one of the balconies.

Es ist nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber wir mussten uns anfangs daran gewöhnen, den Kanister mit dem Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage (stand auf dem Balkon) regelmäßig zu leeren. Hinzu kam, dass die Klima im Wohnzimmer zwar den Wohnbereich gut durchgelüftet hat, in die Schlafzimmer aber nicht komplett hinein...
