Preparing a delicious breakfast on the terrace is the first thing you will think of when you wake up early each morning, as the views over the spectacular waters of Cala d'Or will be a privileged accompaniment.

Afterwards, you can relax on two sun loungers if you wish to enjoy the sun in a more peaceful and cosy atmosphere.

A second, more secluded terrace is the perfect place for a read and a cup of tea before heading down to the beach for a swim, as it leads directly to it via a beautiful stairway - a real luxury! This two storey house welcomes you with a warm and charming living room, where you can sit and chat with your loved ones or watch a TV series in the satellite TV channels.

Then, you access the dining area, perfectly furnished to enjoy your favourite dishes by the terrace and the landscape.

Next to the dining you will find the kitchen, with a ceramic top or the oven to cook and enjoy the dishes on the dining table.

There are four bedrooms in total, all of them with a closet and air-conditioning.

Two of the bedrooms still are on the main floor, one with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and the other with two twin beds.

There are two more bedrooms upstairs, again one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds.

There also is a toilet and two independent bathrooms with a shower each.

We will be happy to provide a cot and a high chair in case you are travelling with your baby.

There are three fans and the laundry room completes the equipment (this includes a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board). The house is located in a very quiet urbanisation submerged in an environment of amazing beauty.
