Proximité du port. Jolie décos. Grand salon.
Il manque une chambre. Annoncé 4 chambres mais une est dans le sas entre les 2 chambres du haut.
Manque de verrerie.
Problème avec le lave vaisselle dont la porte je fermait pas ce qui l'a rendu inutilisable.
Enrouleur d'un rideau occultant de la piece principale cassé du coup manque de luminosité.
Vue sur les toits en face pas plaisante et sombre.
Résidence accueillante pour un groupe d amis de passage à belle île
