Its large bay windows offer one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the Bay of Saint-Malo. You can easily reach the historical heart of Saint-Malo at 4 km by bus or by bike (bus stop in front of the residence and many cycle tracks). Even closer, the Termes Marins of Saint-Malo are 1.8 km away. The rental is located on the ground floor of a quiet residence, with an entrance through a pleasant garden.
You will also have private parking in a secure car park. At 400 meters, you will find grocery stores and a medical center. * On 56m² in a marine decor in harmony with the site, perfectly maintained, the flat includes : - a separate bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm). - a pretty, well-equipped kitchen with a bar area opening onto the living room/lounge.
A comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons (new bedding 140x190 cm). - This room opens onto a loggia with a teak lounge facing the sea. Possibility to open the bay windows to enjoy it as a terrace. - a shower room with WC - a corridor with cupboard. * Equipment and services : - Internet, TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, freezer - Baby equipment provided free of charge on request - Bed linen and towels optional - Private parking on enclosed car park - Possibility to store your bikes in the residence. - Holiday vouchers accepted. - Animals are accepted with the owners' agreement. - Possibility of sea trips on a sailing boat. _The flat is entirely on one level.
