Casa 23 is located at the top of the Villaggio Rocca Sant'Elmo.
A granite staircase leads from the garden to the sheltered terrace and a few steps and a path through the maquis take you to the fine sandy dream beach.
The view of the blue sea from the terrace and house is unbelievable.
Dream bays with crystal-clear water and impressive granite rocks on the edge of two idyllic sandy bays are just a stone's throw away.
