Proximité du canal Nantes-Brest
Mauvaise literie, mauvais équipement de la cuisine (vaisselle de rebut, aucun petit couteau de cuisine, pas de jatte ni de planche,...), bruits de TV et conversations à travers une simple porte mitoyenne au logement d'à côté, mauvaises odeurs venant de la salle de bains lors de l'entrée dans le loge...
