Located in Cuers, this vacation rental is close to all amenities: health center, bakery, and restaurants within walking distance, and just 1 km from the town center.
The property is 20 km from the beaches of Hyères or Toulon, 1 hour from Marseille or Aix-en-Provence, 1 hour from the Verdon Gorges, and 45 minutes from Saint-Tropez. This is a private, detached house with a large fenced garden of about 400 m², featuring palm trees, olive trees, and exotic plants.
It offers 2 bedrooms (beds: 160x200 and 180x200), storage space, a private bathroom, and separate toilet.
The living room has a sofa (can be used as a bed), a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, a large flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, and a TV in the bedroom. The private above-ground wooden pool is 1.3 m deep.
A private jacuzzi for 4 guests is also available.
