This spacious and fully equipped holiday home with garden, terrace, and balcony is located in a quiet residential area in Nuremberg and offers ample space for up to 8 people on three floors – ideal for families, groups of friends, or a comfortable work stay.
You have a large living room with a cosy sofa bed, a separate fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a daylight bathroom with shower.
For your comfort, there is high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for home office), a TV, washing machine, dryer, game console, as well as lovingly selected toys and children's books.
The private outdoor area with garden, covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue invites you to relax – whether for breakfast outdoors or a barbecue evening with family or friends.
The location is excellent: shops such as supermarkets and bakeries are reachable within minutes, and the Röthenbach underground station is just a 5-minute walk away.
You can easily reach Nuremberg's historic old town by bus or train.
The Wiesengrund and a popular Greek restaurant are nearby.
A parking space is available directly on the property, with additional public parking in front of the house.
Pets are welcome up to five (for a fee).

Das Haus war schön groß. Eine wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und viele Spiele für die Kinder. Wir hatten keine Probleme. Die Lage war auch schön ruhig.
Der Gastgeber war sehr sehr nett und gut erreichbar.
Leider war der Rollo zur Terasse kaputt. Dadurch war der Raum dunkel und diese konnte man nicht nutzen.
