This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

The bathrooms contain all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Note that this is a private room inside a four-bedroom flat.
If you book all four rooms, you will have the whole flat. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

It's a well-located apartment, everything is new, but when you have shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen, cleaning should be done daily, and unfortunately, that didn't happen. Other guests were unpolaid and left the bathrooms in a very dirty state, including not flushing the toilet.
