Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. It is situated within close proximity to Edinburgh Waverley station, just 3.4 km away, and Brunstane station, which is 4.2 km away. Edinburgh Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more).
There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.

A washer is also provided for your laundry convenience.
Large windows allow plenty of sunlight to stream in, and there’s a balcony to enjoy some fresh air. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the second offers a standard double bed.
Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The two bathrooms are well-equipped with everything you need to refresh, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Guests can access the parking space once they've collected the keys and the parking fob. The apartment is professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
