Description of the property: At Cal Ferrer you will enjoy a rural atmosphere with all the necessary comforts to disconnect and rest. The structure of the house has been restored respecting its original character, with warm and comfortable spaces ideal for families or groups of friends.

It is the perfect place to reconnect with nature and live unique moments in an environment far from the stress and noise of the city. Important information: The location of the house, in the heart of Torroella de Fluvià, will allow you to discover the beauty of the municipality and its neighboring villages, such as San Tomás de Fluvià, with its impressive 12th century Romanesque church, or Vilacolum, a charming village with houses grouped around its parish church. In addition, the proximity to the Costa Brava offers endless options for activities, from hiking and biking trails to relaxing walks along idyllic beaches and coves.

You can also explore the rich cultural heritage of the area with visits to churches, farmhouses and old roads. Nearby places to visit: The location of the municipality, in the middle of the Alt Empordà plain, gives you a range of possibilities to tour the territory without making long journeys: From a boat trip to admire the Costa Brava (l'Estartit, l'Escala, Roses or Cadaqués), to visit the cellars of the Denomination of Origin Empordà, without forgetting our history (Greek-Roman city of Ampurias or the monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others), and enjoying our natural spaces (Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Park, Cap de Creus Natural Park or the natural reserve of Montgrí, Illes Medes and Baix Ter).
