The space

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and dishwasher—everything you need to feel at home, even during long stays.


The property has two comfortable and functional bedrooms. One features two single beds, ideal for children or friends, and the other is uniquely integrated into the living area, with a canopy double bed surrounded by a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The modern and spacious bathroom features a large rain-style shower, natural wood details, and a refined aesthetic that brings both comfort and style.


Outside, the large private terrace is one of the highlights of the accommodation. Furnished with outdoor furniture, it’s perfect for sunny breakfasts, al fresco dinners, or simply relaxing with a book in a peaceful, green setting.


The apartment is located within a very well-maintained private urbanization, offering access to common areas designed for enjoyment and relaxation: an outdoor pool surrounded by grass, an indoor heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a spa area. Services and common areas

During your stay, you can enjoy all the communal areas of the complex, including the outdoor pool, heated pool, jacuzzi, and spa area.


Padel court reservations must be managed directly at the urbanization's reception.


Please note that the area with the heated pool, spa, and similar services operates only on weekends and comes with an additional fee. Reservations must be made before Thursday at 11:59 PM for the same weekend, and a minimum of 4 people is required to open the SPA.


We kindly ask all guests to make responsible use of the communal areas, respecting the rules and the tranquility of neighbors. Collective well-being is essential so that everyone can fully enjoy their stay.

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register every guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it is necessary to complete a form with the guests' details.
