Villino Flora in Viareggio offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday, so welcoming it will feel like home.
This spacious, independent property of about 100 m², located in a residential complex, features on the ground floor a small outdoor area with table and laundry space, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a large, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cookware, kettle, moka pot, coffee machine compatible with Nespresso pods, traditional oven, and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, accessible via a stone staircase, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms: one large with a double bed and one medium-sized with three single beds, including a bunk bed. On the second floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
The house accommodates 7 guests, or up to 8 on request (an extra bed can be added in the large bedroom, which has enough space). The house is equipped with energy-saving lighting and heating system.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and washing machine.
Perfect for families and children, the property is conveniently located close to essential services: just 300 meters from the city center, 800 meters from the sea, and 100 meters from the station.
Smoking and events are not allowed.
