Villa 1 is a fabulous property in the village of Mullion in the popular county of Cornwall.
This holiday home boasts stunning beach views from the balcony and has access to heated onsite swimming pools alongside plenty more facilities, so it is perfect for a family looking for a trip away.
Enter your new holiday abode into the hall, then make your way up to the fine open-plan living area.
Pick between the two sofas to sit down and sink into as you turn on holiday mode.
Battle for the TV remote to try and convince everyone your favourite show is the best, as you get accustomed to your fabulous surroundings.
After an episode of your show goes by, get some swimwear on to test out the indoor or outdoor swimming pool.
Dry off with a friendly competition of tennis or let the kids run free in the playground.
When your stomachs start to rumble, come back inside to make the most out of the fully-fitted kitchen.
Use the electric oven and hobs to make something so delicious that the smell alone draws everyone to the dining table.
After eating, look out onto the sea from the balcony and watch on with a drink as the waves serenade you.
Then venture into the back garden to appreciate the beautiful scenery as the sunset approaches.

Villa 1 consists of an open plan living space with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining seating for six people, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC and TV, a double, and a double (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and storage, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Pets are not accepted, and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Have a delightful seaside getaway at Villa 1. Note: Access to on-site facilities including a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, gym, outdoor tennis court, children’s play area, bar, restaurant and spa.
