The holiday home Franz is located in Jemgum and is ideal for an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones.
The 80 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, two bedrooms, and a bathroom (on the ground floor), and can accommodate up to four people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, as well as children's books and toys.
A high chair is also available.
The private outdoor area features a fully fenced garden (1 m high), a terrace with an awning, and a barbecue. The accommodation is located directly behind the dike and is only a five-minute walk from the harbor and the windmill.
Nearby, you will also find the charming harbors of Ditzum and Jemgum, as well as the beautiful old town of Leer.
The border to the Netherlands is also not far away. A private parking space is available near the house.
A maximum of two pets is allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
Two bicycles are available. Please fill out the contact form that will be sent to you after booking and provide your address.

Das Haus ist gut und mit allen ausgestattet was man für ein paar tage Erholung benötigt.
wir 2 Personen und 1 Hund haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt.
Haben aus diesem Grund diese Haus direkt für Dez. wieder gebucht dann 3 Personen 1 Hund
Da ich Nachts ca.3 zum WC muss wäre es gut in der 1 Etage auch ein Bad zu haben.
Heerlijk genieten van de rust.

Wunderbare Lage, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - alles in Fußnähe.
Tolle Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, sogar Kaffekapseln waren da. Auch haben wir uns sehr über das Begrüßungsgetränk und die Naschereien gefreut, danke :)
Die Markise auf der Terrasse ist an warmen Tagen super!
Sehr bequemes Bett im Schlafzimmer.
Auf der Couch waren ziemlich viele Hundehaare, die wir erst wegsaugen mussten.
Die Insektennetze in den oberen Zimmern hatten leider Löcher, sodass wir des öfteren "Besuch" hatten.
