On a beautiful, wooded 3000m² property (partially fenced), this charming cottage with a stone facade is attached to the owners' house.
A porch separates the two dwellings.
Parking is available on site.
Please note that if you are traveling with a pet, Monique and Serge have five cats.
A mobile baker visits every morning.
The owners make their swimming pool available to guests from July 2nd to the end of August.
Your accommodation - Non-smoking: On the ground floor: a 28m² living room with an open-plan kitchen, sofa, and TV; one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm); a shower room with WC, accessible from both the bedroom and the living room.
Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm); two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200cm each, which can be separated into two single beds (80cm each)).
Bathroom with double vanity, separate WC.
Your outdoor space: Private terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, sun loungers, shared garden, trampoline available. - Included in the price: Gas central heating.
Electricity.
Wi-Fi.
Baby cot and high chair available on request. - Optional services: Bed linen rental (€13/bed) - Towel rental (€5/person) - Cleaning fee (€80) For companies and business trips: Bed linen rental and cleaning fee are mandatory.

Très satisfait en tout points de ce gîte.Les équipements sont de très grande qualité, lits sdb au topendroit très calmeje recommande ce gîte à toute personne recherchant confort et calme dans un endroit proche de fontainebleau, vaux le vicomte, provins etc...

Nous avons passé une quinzaine de rêve dans ce gîte spacieux et confortable, avec un jardin reposant. Nous avons tous apprécié la grande piscine, surtout les jours de grande chaleur ! Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une discrétion absolues et très réactifs si nous les sollicitons.Que du bonheur !
