The villa is set amidst the scenic beauty of the Langa region in a 1930s farmhouse that houses Cascina, a restaurant known for its 150 varieties of wood-fired pizzas, as well as a selection of starters, main courses, and desserts.
Guests can savour both Piedmont specialties and seafood dishes in a picturesque rural setting. 15 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Stag parties or similar events are allowed. While the hosts do not offer E-bikes directly, they partner with local rental centers.
E-bikes provide a sustainable and active way to explore the Langhe area, combining exercise with the enjoyment of the outdoors.
Guests are advised to book rentals well in advance. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Wij kwamen hier om te relaxen in een mooie omgeving na onze huttentocht. Daar is deze locatie zeker geschikt voor! Fijn zwembad, prachtige tuin, restaurant met lekker eten waardoor je ook savonds niet weg hoeft.

L'alloggio è un vero gioiellino i proprietari ci hanno fatto anche trovare tutto il necessario per la colazione ed un vassoio di frutta. Inoltre alle 18,30 ci hanno fatto portare 2 calici di vino ed u a focaccia che abbiamo gustato nel dehor!

Sergio en Loredana zijn de meest warme en betrokken gastheer en -vrouw die je je kan wensen.
Het appartement is heel ruim en gezellig, met een groot terras op een prachtige locatie.
Het zwembad is perfect, heel de site ademt een gemoedelijke vakantiesfeer.
Echt helemaal geen minpunten, dit is de perfecte plek om la dolce vita in het noorden van Italië te beleven!
