This apartment, approximately 150 m², features a 150 m² garden and is located on the lower level of a four-story house.

The property offers a closed chill-out lounge with a 75-inch TV, access to digital platforms, and high-quality sound.
There are two sofas for 3-4 people, two large comfortable armchairs, and a dining table with up to eight chairs, all situated in the garden, including the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, capsule coffee maker, and all necessary accessories.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The apartment has one bedroom at garden level with a small bathroom and shower.
Downstairs, separated by stairs, is a larger bedroom with a bed, a sofa bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower. Free street parking is available in a quiet, low-traffic area.
Dogs up to 12 kg (maximum 2) are welcome for an additional fee per pet. Cats are not allowed.
Smoking is permitted.
