The modernly furnished vacation apartment in the detached house is on the ground floor with a view of the countryside.
It has a spacious sun terrace with garden.
The apartment has a separate entrance and a parking space directly in front of the house.
The living space is approx. 45 square meters and is a non-smoking apartment, ideal for 2 people.
The two rooms are located in the basement and consist of a living/dining room with a comfortable pull-out couch (140x200) as well as a bedroom, small dressing room and bathroom.
All rooms have underfloor heating.
The new kitchenette has a dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric stove (ceramic hob), extractor fan, coffee machine (pods), kettle, fully equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery.
You sleep in a comfortable double bed 180x200m, bed linen is provided.
The living area consists of a sofa corner (comfortable sofa to pull out, armchair, reading lamp) and a dining area (table, 4 chairs).
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, towels and hairdryer.
A washing machine is available for shared use.
Outside there is a parking space, terrace (35 sqm), garden furniture, sunbathing lawn.
For entertainment there is a TV, Hi-Fi and Internet connection/W-Lan available.
