A lovely country house on the edge of the cottage area at Ölmanäs. The house is very pleasant and well-planned with preserved charm.
The plot is generous with large grass areas and flowering apple trees.
The courtyard patio gives a sheltered and lovely feeling.
A little further away is Gårda brygga.
A small local spot with a beach, marina, ice cream parlor, etc. The ground floor of the house has two living rooms with comfortable seating and a TV with chromecast.
With free wifi you can cast the programs you want.
The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped and has a large dining area.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds.
A steep staircase leads up to a bedroom that also has two single beds.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a shower.
There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
In the courtyard there is a lovely framed patio and with access from the kitchen there is a large terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol and charcoal grill.
The wonderfully green plot is filled with flowering apple trees and there is plenty of space for all the family's activities. Åsa town centre is within easy reach.
There are nice shops here with everything from gift items, an ice cream café and a home bakery and last but not least Hvita Sand, which is a popular restaurant right by the sea. Here you can eat good food or go to Afterbeach in the summer.
At the far end of the Ölmanäs peninsula is the Näsbokrok nature reserve.
Sea and wind have shaped a barren but beautiful landscape with pebble fields, cliffs and extensive heather heath.
From Gottskär you can watch the fishing boats or book a boat trip out to Nidingen.
Don't forget to take a trip to Tjolöholm Castle where you can get guided tours and pleasant experiences.

Dieses Landhaus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Doppelbett war super bequem und das Badezimmer bestens ausgestattet. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den separaten Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, der unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Ein großartiger Ort für einen Familienausflug! Die Kinder liebten die beiden Einzelbetten in ihrem Zimmer und der geräumige Garten war perfekt zum Spielen, Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal, da das Stadtzentrum von Åsa nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt ist,

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Landhaus! Die geräumige Küche war perfekt für Familienmahlzeiten, und wir haben es geliebt, das Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse zu genießen, umgeben von blühenden Apfelbäumen, Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß beim Herumlaufen auf dem großzügigen Rasen, Sehr zu empfehlen!
